There are no specific hiking routes associated with the location of this paddle route.

However, there are two groups that promote hiking in the area.  They are:

1.  The Rideau Trail Organization - www.rideautrail.org

Little information is available online regarding details of the trail.  The organization does offer lots of information for sale or for free but at various stores.

2.  The Cataraqui Trail (c/o Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority) -

The Cataraqui Trail runs from Smith Falls to Strathcona along the old Canadian National Railway lines.
